OPENING HOURS : The Technical Exhibition opens on Sunday August 25, 2024 (2 pm > 7:30 pm) and from Monday August 26 to Friday August 30 (9 am > 6 pm) - Closing at 4:30 pm on Friday August 30.

Sunday August 25 : You are invited to the Opening Ceremony, starting at 3:30 pm in the Grand Amphithéâtre, followed by a welcome cocktail on the 3 levels of the Exhibition, until 7:30 pm.

Each badge is personal (it is not possible to give your badge to another visitor or to exchange it for a delegate badge)
REFUND REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.


STUDENTS SPECIAL CONDITIONS :

As a student, you can visit the technical exhibition for FREE.
You must register in advance on the visitors' form and enter a copy of your valid student card (correspondence of first and last name, year of validity 2024).
Registration will be validated free of charge at a later date, once your proof has been checked.

Free on-site registration is more complicated, but still possible. A copy of your student card is required. Without valid proof, the normal fee of 125 euros will apply.

VISA : If you need an invitation letter to get a visa, please complete the dedicated space on the badge reservation form below. After validation of your payment, you will be able to download your letter directly from your visitor space online.
